We understand aging and staying independent can be a challenge. At Mercy LIFE, seniors receive personalized care from a team of skilled professionals dedicated to supporting the health and independence of aging adults so they can continue living safely at home. Services provided at each of the five Mercy LIFE centers and in the community are free to seniors who qualify.*

Medical care is provided by our experienced team of primary care providers (PCPs), nurse practitioners and registered nurses. Care is accessible and coordinated at a LIFE center close to your home.

Mercy LIFE offers occupational, physical, speech and respiratory therapies for restoration, as well as maintenance of function. Therapists specializing in senior care assist participants with the tools and techniques needed to gain strength and independence.

Transportation and escort services are provided at no cost to program participants. Transportation staff are trained to meet the special needs of seniors and regularly transport participants to and from their homes. This includes transportation to and from the day center and medical appointments, as well as emergency transportation as medically necessary.

We value mental and physical health, and our recreational therapists aim to keep participants active and engaged, providing fun activities to promote physical and cognitive abilities. Our adult day program activities include:

Mercy LIFE offers a full range of care includes social services, supporting seniors and their caregivers. Whether it is advocacy, counseling, caregiver education or access to financial or legal guidance resources, you are not alone.

Our dietitians assess each senior’s dietary needs, and nutritious breakfast and lunch meals are provided at the Mercy LIFE center. Home-delivered meals can be arranged as needed.

Treating each person with a full-circle view, Mercy LIFE provides spiritual care to heal participants in mind, body and soul. With the support of chaplains and spiritual companions, we seek to provide peace of mind and improve quality of life.

Specialty medical care including dental, podiatry, optometry, and audiology services and supplies is available by our network of medical specialists. Referrals for specialty care must be ap­proved by the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team as being medically necessary.

*There are no out-of-pocket charges if participants qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid or Medicaid only. For participants who don’t qualify for Medicaid, but have Medicare, there is a monthly fee. Learn more about how to qualify here.
